Question: What kind of rhinoplasty do I need to achieve a more proportional nose?

Liposuction alone will only remove the fat deposits above the muscle, while a necklift can accomplish removal of fat deposits above and below the this platysma muscle in addition to a platysma-plasty to significantly improve the jawline. A closed rhinoplasty can accomplish refinement of the nasal tip, straightening and narrowing the bridge line and reducing the hanging columella, with all the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required.

Question: Thinking about getting a chin implant and need some advice on if this is right for me?

Question: Weight Loss Post Chin Lipo?

Question: I am considering a neck lift. Should I remove the large gland in my neck? 
Answer: Much more information is needed, such as your age and a full set of facial photographs from all angles to make a determination about which procedure is best for you. If you’re over age 50 and your skin tone is in elastic in the neck, you’re going to need a lower face and neck lift. It is important to understand that there are two compartments of fat in the neck, and they’re located both above and below the platysma muscle. Liposuction can only accomplish removal of the fat compartment above the muscle, while a surgical neck lift is required to remove the fat deposits below the muscle, which also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline. If you are referring to the submandibular glands, a partial excision can be performed, when only but only when necessary for contouring.

Question: Which procedure would help me achieve a more defined and symmetrical jaw?
Answer: It’s important to understand that there are two compartments of fat in the neck, and they’re located both above and below the platysma muscle. Depending upon how much fat you have below the muscle will determine which procedure is the appropriate one for you. Liposuction can only accomplish removal of the fat compartment above the muscle. A neck lift procedure accomplishes removing the fat deposits above and below the platysma muscle, and also includes a corset platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline.

Question: Would I be a good candidate for non surgical rhinoplasty?
Answer: The depression that you’re referring to it Is more related to the dorsal hump which should be removed surgically to give a natural supratip break. We do not recommend non–surgical rhinoplasty in the nose, since there can be complications such as skin necrosis.
